Bark in the Park is set to take place on Sunday, May 3rd, at Ford Park in Ulverston. The event will run from 11am to 4pm and aims to provide a fun- illed day for dog lovers and their pets. It will support two important local charities: St Mary’s Hospice and Ford Park.

Sam Ronson, the park director, expressed enthusiasm about the event, highlighting its role in uniting the community. He stated that it is a wonderful chance to celebrate dogs while raising funds for essential services in the area.

The main attraction will be the charity dog show, featuring various categories. These include the waggiest tail, best dressed, and dog most like owner. Participants can register online for £5 per category, with all proceeds benefiting the charities.
