A pop-up shop organised by Women’s Community Matters (WCM) is set to take place at the Nan Tait Centre in Barrow. Scheduled for Friday, April 17th, the event will run from 10am to 2pm. All proceeds will support WCM’s services for vulnerable women, girls, and boys aged 11 to 19.

The pop-up shop will feature a variety of items for sale. Visitors can expect to find bric-a-brac, crafts, costume jewellery, children’s books, and WCM-branded merchandise. There will also be beanie bears and CDs available.
About Women’s Community Matters
WCM has been actively supporting the Furness community since 2013. The organisation provides one-to-one support, courses, activities, and support groups. They also facilitate access to specialist services for those in need.
Community Impact
The funds raised from the pop-up shop will directly benefit vulnerable individuals in the community. WCM aims to empower women and girls while also providing assistance to boys in challenging situations.
