Tree Maintenance at 3 Spring Grove
An application was made to reduce the size of several trees at 3 Spring Grove, Barrow-In-Furness. Sycamore trees T1 and T5 are to be reduced by up to 30% and have crown lifting. Beech trees T2, T3, and T4 will also be reduced by up to 30%.
New Equipment at Barrow AFC Ground
Barrow AFC at Holker Street Ground has applied to install a power generator and an equipment cabinet. The work includes associated ancillary tasks to support the new installations.
Home Extension at 4 Anchor Road
A rear extension is proposed for 4 Anchor Road. The extension will extend 3.6 metres from the original rear wall and feature a flat roof. The existing outhouse will be demolished, and a new side window added.
Conversion of Commercial Property in Dalton-In-Furness
The property at 75-77 Market Street in Dalton-In-Furness is set for conversion. The upper three floors will change from commercial use (Class E) to two residential flats. The ground floor will continue to operate as a pharmacy.
