Police Appeal After Report of Man Banging on Doors in Barrow

Police are appealing for information after a report of a man banging on doors at a property in Barrow.

The incident happened near Emelyn Street on May 2, 2026.

Cumbria Police said they are investigating the report and are asking the public to help identify a man seen in the area.

The man is described as wearing dark clothing with his hood up. He is believed to be around 5ft 9ins tall and of large build.

Police said he was seen in the back street between Manchester Street and Emelyn Street.
