Cumberland Council has announced a temporary closure of Holborn Hill in Millom. The closure will affect the U4141 Holborn Hill. Starting from its junction with Moor Road and extending approximately 50 metres eastward. This closure is scheduled to take place on April 16th and is expected to last for one day.
The road will be closed from 9.30am to 3.30pm, but only when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. During this period, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will still have access to the area.
Detour Information
A detour will be established for vehicles to navigate around the closure. Drivers will be directed through the unrestricted section of Holborn Hill, as well as Station Road, St George’s Road, Horn Hill, and Moor Road.
