The Tiger Who Came to Tea Coming to Ulverston

The Tiger Who Came to Tea will be showcased at The Coro in Ulverston from June 21st to June 23rd. This musical adaptation of Judith Kerr’s cherished picture book is directed by David Wood and has received an Olivier Award nomination.

The story follows a young girl named Sophie and her mother, whose peaceful tea time is interrupted by a large, friendly tiger. The performance lasts 55 minutes and is suitable for children aged three and above.

Performance Schedule

Shows will be held at various times throughout the event:

  • Sunday: 2pm and 4.30pm
  • Monday: 1.30pm and 4.30pm
  • Tuesday: 10.30am and 1.30pm

The Tuesday morning performance will be a special ‘relaxed performance’, catering to families who may benefit from a more accommodating environment.
