Volkswagen Caddy Stolen from West Cumbrian Village
Police are appealing for information after a Volkswagen Caddy was stolen from a village near Cockermouth.
The blue vehicle, with the registration DS61 WTL, was taken from Main Street in Greysouthern at around 1.55am on Thursday, May 7th.
Cumbria Police are now asking anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area to come forward.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who was in or near Greysouthern during the early hours of May 7.
They are also asking people to check any private CCTV, doorbell cameras or dashcam footage that may have captured the vehicle or anyone acting suspiciously.
Even small pieces of information may help police build a clearer picture of what happened.
Vehicle Taken from Main Street
The theft happened on Main Street, which runs through the village of Greysouthern, near Cockermouth.
The stolen vehicle is described as a blue Volkswagen Caddy. Its registration number is DS61 WTL.
Anyone who has seen the vehicle since it was taken is urged not to approach it, but to contact police.
